It’s another Monday; another beginning. If you are anything like me, you begin the week with a “to-do” list. Whether it is a physical list or mental one, you prioritize the activities that will compose the next seven days. What is on the top of that list? For most of us it regards: work, meetings, schedules, business deals, finance; with a dose of personal: schedules, practices, dinner.
Think for a second- where do your personal obligations lie on that list? This week, I challenge you to bump “you time” up a few notches. Think about that one activity you often wish you had enough time for; you know, the one that fills in the blank of the sentence “someday I will have time to _________”. Figure out what it is and MAKE time for it. Be motivated to include yourself in the weekly routine.
This week, my goal is to read (for enjoyment) at least 15 minutes per night. Challenge yourself with me. WE can do this this WEek.
