I've heard this saying many times and I really love it. It's a great reminder whether with money, health, food, fitness, vacations, jobs — anything really — that you must choose between what you want NOW and what you want MOST. There is a huge difference sometimes.
What we want most has the ability to drive us to do great things, and it begins with small decisions between settling today for what we are craving to get our hands on, or pushing ourselves to wait for what's better.
Discipline is just making small choices every day toward what you want the most.
