Customer Service Par Excellence
If there was a University of Customer Service, Rock Creek North Shore would certainly have a building in that complex. Head of School would be professors Jim, Marissa & Paige, who each hold PhDs in customer service, in my opinion. As customers enter the front door, they are greeted kindly and shown or directed to their area of interest. Such a pleasant experience from professionals who know their extensive product line and can answer most pertinent questions.
Many retail businesses would benefit from their skills since customer service today is mostly mentioned in history books. They have hit upon a winning formula which remains a cornerstone of Rock Creek's success. Keep the spirit. Regards, Jim T.
