Gearhead Outfitters utilizes FedEx Ground, FedEx Smartpost, or FedEx One Rate for all shipping, and therefore has a 7-10 business day shipping policy. We will do everything possible to make sure your order ships in a timely manner, however, please be aware that the scheduled arrival for your package via your tracking number may or may not be the actual delivery date, and is subject to change by either shipping party.
Gearhead Outfitters does not currently offer options on our website for any expedited method of shipping. If you would like to expedite your order, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 870-910-5569 and we will try to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee the delivery of your items by a specified date for any shipping service (see above), however we will do everything possible to ensure a timely scheduled delivery.
If in-store pickup for any location is chosen as the preferred shipping method, please be aware that we will either call or e-mail you when your order is ready. Due to inventory constraints, some items may have to be shipped between locations. This means your order cannot be guaranteed a scheduled ship or delivery date.
In the instance of a return or exchange, the original order's shipping charge is non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges:
Gearhead Outfitters honors a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which it was purchased, with tags and packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as this may result in loss of product and right of return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including but not limited to any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (web only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item, the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it typically takes 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items may be returned for store credit only or exchanged. Final Sale items are not available for returns, exchanges or refunds.
Exchanges will be processed in the same manner as returns. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified of your return.
Gearhead Outfitters is not responsible for the fulfillment of manufacturer warranties. We will be happy to help our customers pursue warranty claims, however we will follow the instructions as per the manufacturer's warranty policy, including but not limited to the fulfillment of the claim by the customer only. Gearhead Outfitters will not assume liability for manufacturers warranties, or create a matching policy for any purchase in store or online. Returns or exchanges due to damage will, as aforementioned, be held to the Gearhead Outfitters returns and exchanges policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you are using the pre-paid return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on location, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
