Project 90 founder, Ted Herget, says someone gave him the gift of running 15 years ago and he wants to share that gift with others. Ted has logged thousands of miles and remained injury free since he began running properly, and he’s ready to show you how you can do the same. With the help of his wife and program director, Amanda Herget, along with their Project 90 team, Ted has compressed the basics of running properly into a 90 day program.
